Housing Crisis in the Netherlands?
People concern about rising house prices. Is there a relationship between expensive rent houses and hotels in Amsterdam? You can analyze if there are potential geographical relationships between them. While the table and gallery tabs below show hotels in the area (ReKisstory search results), the map tab shows locations of hotels (blue and purple dots) and rent houses (red areas). We used external data: house prices and post code coordinates
This is an example of searching hotels in Amsterdam, but you can potentially search anything as long as data is available. Our data source has locations of schools, shops, churches, stations, etc, but you can use your own data such as the locations of customers, crimes, or social houses to analyze any geographical relationships. Note we only show you what you could do with ReKisstory (a potential use case). We neither aim to provide a right analysis nor interpretation
